Hey y'all! This highly requested video is all about bodyweight training! It's a full body at home circuit that can be completed for as many sets as you'd like! Keeps the heart rate up, and is a great workout for all those busy gals out there!

Mountain Climbers: 50 reps total
Shoulder Push-Ups: 15 reps
Walk Out Push-Ups: 15 reps
High Knees: 50 reps total
Jumping Lunges with Squats in Between: 15 reps on each leg {with a squat in between each lunge}
Scissor Kicks: 30 reps total
Reverse Crunches: 15 reps
Regular Crunches with Legs Up: 15 reps
Side to Side Oblique Planks: 30 reps total

*I repeated 5 times, but you can repeat however many times you'd like!*
