Hey guys, for my first video of 2018 I’m going to show you a beach vegan booty workout that you can do at home, part of my 3 month vegan transformation, a vegan physique update and my fitness goals for 2018.

For this beach vegan booty workout do each exercise for 30 seconds and repeat the circuit 3 times take 1 min rest in between circuits.

Walking lunges
Banded Squats
Double banded hip thrusts
Jump Squats
Curtesy squats
Pike ups
Push ups

I am using a coconut as weight so if you’re doing this at home you can use a backpack full of books or some water bottles as weights to grow your vegan booty. The resistance bands are optional.
